After reviewing your file, it appears the claim was not submitted directly through our office, which unfortunately impacted our ability to assist you promptly. Due to the large volume of claims we are currently managing—over 400 claims resulting from the June 6th hailstorm alone plus daily claims—it has been challenging to maintain daily involvement with every individual case. We are actively working with the claims team to ensure you and your contractor are contacted as soon as possible.
