"I appreciate the time Jeremy took to explain my policies at our annual meeting. While he did point out gaps in coverage and possible plans to correct this, I never felt any pressure to “upgrade.” I feel I have the facts and I know my options. "We have Home Owners insurance through State Farm, and let me tell you. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. We had a pipe break in our bedroom wall, we've provided State Farm with a Quote for repair and they said they needed one of their contractors to look at it. Cool send them over, TWO weeks has passed and not a single soul has reached out to us. We've called and they just say oh, they will reach out. Talk about HORRIBLE customer service. My contractor has even called and they won't even return his phone call. Definitely stay far away from this company if you want anything resolved."

After reviewing your file, it appears the claim was not submitted directly through our office, which unfortunately impacted our ability to assist you promptly. I do wish you had reached out to me or my office prior to posting the review, as I am here to advocate on your behalf. Due to the large volume of claims we are currently managing—over 400 claims resulting from the June 6th hailstorm alone plus daily claims—it has been challenging to maintain daily involvement with every individual case. However, as your agent, it is my responsibility to ensure your concerns are addressed, and I cannot do so if I am unaware of any issues. We are actively working with the claims team to ensure you and your contractor are contacted as soon as possible. To address this promptly, I have contacted the claims representative handling your file, as well as their manager, on your behalf. You should expect a call from claims this morning regarding your claim, and your contractor will also be contacted by the claims team today. Please feel free to reach out to us directly anytime—we are here to advocate on your behalf and support you throughout the process. We appreciate your patience and hope to resolve this matter to your satisfaction soon. Ken Richards, Agent"

"Our car was hit during the 2025 hailstorm in Redlands. It was a tough situation, but everyone—from the local staff to the team handling our claim over the phone—came through for us. State Farm really took care of us."

However, I would have preferred if you had reached out to our office directly regarding any issues with your claim before posting your review. With over 100 claims currently in our office, it can be challenging to track the status of each one without communication from our clients. To clarify our lack of communication regarding your claim, here is a timeline of our correspondence: June 7: Your claim was filed. June 8, 6:32 PM: You received a text from our office. June 9, 2:37 PM: Our claims team called you. June 9, 2:39 PM: Our claims team sent you a text. June 9, 2:44 PM: Our claims team called you again. June 9, 2:48 PM: Claims team texted your wife. June 11, 6:25 PM: Claims team called your wife. June 11, 6:32 PM: Claims team called your wife again. June 11 Service estimate was completed. During this process you also notified us you Opted OUT of receiving text updates on your claim.
